Quotes & Pricing
Prices shown on this site are starting estimates. Your final price depends on the size, fabric, condition, and scope of the items to be cleaned. We confirm your price before beginning work. There are no hidden fees.
Scheduling & Access
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the items and areas to be cleaned at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, we may need to reschedule.
Our Work & Guarantee
We take care to protect your home and belongings and to deliver quality results. If you are not satisfied with a specific spot or area, tell us before we leave and we will re-treat it. Some stains, odors, or pre-existing damage may not be fully removable; we will advise you honestly about expected results before we begin.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer your slot to another customer.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions disclosed or discovered during service.
